Letters or bills from the suppliers

Water

Water is supplied through Goodlord from the tenancy start date – you should not set up your water services with another supplier, and should only pay Goodlord for these services from that date. You may still be contacted by them via post – you can ignore these if the letters are addressed to “The Student Energy Group”.

If an account was opened directly with a water supplier (perhaps by you, a housemate, your landlord), please contact the supplier to close the account in your name.

 

Energy

Your energy account takes up to 7 working days to be set up from the date the order was accepted which means if you had already moved in to your property before setting up the Goodlord Bills Included package, your previous energy supplier will need to bill you for any energy costs (if you incurred any) from your tenancy start date up until the date your energy supply was taken over as part of the Goodlord Bills Included package.
